Halsey has just taken to her Instagram account to give her fans an update on her recent slew of surgeries relating to her lifelong battle with the disease endometriosis, a painful disorder that causes tissue growth outside the uterus and lower abdomen.
Yesterday, she said that she braved multiple surgeries in an effort to finally treat the disease for good. Despite being in “total agony,” Halsey said that she’s found time to live a fulfilling and wild life. In her Instagram post, she encouraged others to stay positive and continue fighting, just as she has.
