Thanks to twitter user Teeroy666, we have some footage of one of the first deadmau5 performances. deadmau5 retweeted the video saying that it was his first gig with the helmet.
The footage begins showcasing one of the early red deadmau5 helmets with flashing eyeballs. As the video progresses, we get a glimpse of some 2008 styled deadmau5 tracks and a young Joel behind a small little mixer. The club is definitely much smaller than anything you’d find Zimmerman in now, giving young producers a look into what the mau5 played before he was huge. Check out the tweet and video below:
