One day after the devastating death of Carrie Fisher, known best for her portrayal as Princess Leia in the Star Wars franchise, her mother, Debbie Reynolds, has also died.
Reynolds was taken to a Los Angeles hospital this afternoon, where she later passed away.
Todd Fisher told CNN, “My mother passed away a short time ago. She spoke to me this morning and said she missed Carrie.”
Reynolds was 84.
