It’s been a huge 2016 for breakout star Alan Walker. After the success of his hit “Faded” in 2015, he’s followed it up with one #1 hit after another, culminating in yesterday’s hometown performance in Borgen, Norway.
During the performance yesterday (which you can watch in full below), he announced the release of a new song “Routine” with his childhood friend David Whistle. Featuring very light, delicate synths and a bouncy rhythm, the track follows along with Walker’s pop sensibilities pretty consistently.
