Forbes just released their annual list of Highest Paid Musicians, and once again, Calvin Harris is the highest paid EDM artist of them all. Not only that, Calvin Harris remains in the Top 10 of all musicians having earned $63 million in 2016.
Harris has released two singles in 2016, garnering over 750 million streams on Spotify, as well as producing tracks for John Newman and Dizzee Rascal. He continues his high-paying residencies at Hakkasan Nightclub at MGM Grand, Omnia at Caesars Palace, and Wet Republic Ultra Pool at MGM Grand.
The end of his relationship with Taylor Swift in June created even more buzz around him, exposing him to a mainstream audience that may not have been aware of who he was. And speaking of Taylor Swift, she topped this year’s list with $170 million earned. 
All of these factors contributed to his placement in the Top 10 Highest Paid Musicians list this year.
