Claptone Unleashes Fantastic Guest Mix for Defected In The House Radio Show

Claptone continues to be one of our favorite rising producers, due in part to his immaculate productions and due in part to his fantastic mixes and live shows. It’s been over a year since he released his debut album Charmer, but in that timeframe he’s perfected his masquerade live show, played festivals such as Coachella and released a two-disc mix CD for the Defected record label fittingly titled The Masquerade.

To celebrate the album’s success, Claptone has contributed a guest mix to the latest episode of the Defected In The House Radio Show. Claptone contributes an hour worth of music to the episode, spanning numerous tracks that showcase an eclectic mix of deep house, tech house, techno and house. The mix itself is a natural companion to The Masquerade mix album, which features both a Night Mix, more suitable for the clubs, and a Day Mix, more suitable for a day party or relaxing by the poolside. Claptone navigates both moods skillfully in his guest mix for the radio show, sneaking in a few of his own notable tracks along the way.
