Your EDM Premiere + Giveaway: Big Voyage – Effort [Circus Records]

Legendary bass imprint Circus Records will release their third label compilation, Circus Three, on Friday November 18, and Your EDM has the distinct pleasure of premiering one of the biggest tracks on the album from a producer you’ve probably never heard of, Big Voyage.

Big Voyage was actually a co-producer on the track “Shoot Me” featuring JakkCity from Flux Pavilion’s debut album Tesla last year, but it would’ve been easy to miss. In his first true Circus Records release, Big Voyage doesn’t leave anything behind with “Effort.”

After a relatively short intro sequence, the track quickly moves into the main body, a dizzying flurry of bassline and enchanting synth work. Vocal samples remind us of such stellar work from groups like French ensemble C2C, surprising given that Big Voyage is a producer and multi-instrumentalist from Brooklyn.

Circus Three is available for pre-order now.

In addition to the premiere, we’re also happy to offer fans the chance to win a pair of tickets to the upcoming Circus label show at the Yost Theater in Santa Ana, California. Winners will also have the opportunity to meet the artists, making this a super special opportunity.
