Marshmello has just uploaded his newest original release, this time in the form of an 4-minute, vocal-centered anthem featuring lyrics from Wrabel. “Ritual” comes just a week after the track was first previewed at a live show, and finally making its way onto Marshmello’s Twitter. In the status, he described it his “favorite song” he’s ever made.
It begins with Wrabel’s laid back, sway-inducing vocals above groovy synth layers, mottled with light percussion. As Wrabel throws his voice into an even higher register, the song breaks into a drop more typical of Marshmello’s patented sound. The combination repeats itself once more, cementing the undeniable singalong vibes into our brains.
