Not too long ago, we heard about a forthcoming collaboration between Major Lazer and Anirudh to honor the Eastern traditions of their ubiquitous hit, “Cold Water.” Now, Major Lazer has released the Diwali Edition of the track, and it’s got us speechless.

Honoring the Hindu festival of lights, the track employs gorgeous string elements along with the soothing percussion of traditional Indian classical. The execution is impeccable, and we’re simply blown away by the downtempo arrangement and seamless complements to the vocals of both Justin Bieber and .

Additionally, we can expect Major Lazer’s new album, Love Is the Weapon, in the early portion of 2017. The album is rumored to  feature collaborations with PARTYNEXTDOOR, Sia, the Weeknd, Travis Scott, and many more.
