The music of Paris harking producer Point Point has been given several new leases of life this week, and has been brought to life in a fresh way, thanks to a whole collection of remixers. It falls under the Family Portrait EP, which has just been released via Ultra Music.
It sees three tracks from Point Point tackled and reshaped, and the first up is ‘A Piece Of Sun.’ Bringing a well-rounded, hip hop slant to the tune is LigOne, who does a great job on it. ‘All This’ is treated to no less than six reworks, ranging from progressive, to chill, to snappy bass. Kidswaste closes the set with an electronic take on ‘Au Revoir’, which works as a beautiful closer.
