Bringing some pretty glorious vibes to house imprint Somn’thing Records this week is Matt Darey, a well established producer in the game. He brings ‘Something To Believe In’ to the fray, and it lands as a double-sided release, featuring a remix from Somn3um.
‘Something To Believe In’ is one of those instantly enjoyable tracks, and Darey has put some stellar touches to its finished sound. With Roberta Harrison‘s sublime vocals adding an important layer, cleverly placed riffs and growing sense of urgency make for stunning accompaniments. Be sure to also check the Somn3um edit – which pulls out all the melodic stops.
