This weekend, Kygo is playing back to back performances at the 17,500-capacity Hollywood Bowl, coming as his highest achievement since his spot at the Olympics closing ceremony. In a repeat of his 2015 stop at the Greek Theatre with Grammy-winning R&B singer John Legend, the Norwegian DJ even brought out Seal to play out their own rendition of the Marvin Gaye hit classic, “Sexual Healing.”
Using the Bowl’s semicircular stage extension, Seal can be seen treading deep into the crowd to add vocals to the tropical house rendition. Accompanied by the powerful lighting arrangement typical of a Kygo set, the combination is something we truly never thought we’d see.
