With the Zeds Dead album out this Friday, we thought that we wouldn’t be getting any more singles, but color us surprised when “DNA” with Jadakiss & Styles P popped up on Spotify today.
Opening with chopped synths and heavy percussion, the track quickly finds its groove with Jadakiss and Styles P providing the absolutely deadly vocals. The drop resembles their work on the recent Somewhere Else EP, with that unique Zeds Dead bassline and rhythm. The second drop is even more characteristic of Zeds Dead, with that almost swing rhythm between the kicks and bassline.
