After four years of producing and touring the world together, Volt & State have announced their retirement.
A mainstay of Nicky Romero’s Protocol Recordings, and the minds behind countless fan favorites like “Sandcastles,” “Warriors” and more, the progressive power duo has decided that their recent performance at Sziget Festival will be their last.
Both Martijn and Quirijn say they’ll remain active in the dance music world in some capacity, but whether this means becoming involved in other production projects remains to be seen. Check out the official announcement below and enjoy one of their biggest releases ever after the jump.
