Fool’s Gold Day Off L.A. 2016 [Event Preview]

It’s back, Fool’s Gold Day Off is making its return to Los Angeles for its final stop of 2016. A-Trak and friends will be taking over Shrine L.A. Outdoors this Sunday at 2:00 PM. Always a showcase for upcoming electronic acts and some of the most unique hip hop acts around, this year’s L.A. edition might have the best lineup yet. Rapper/producer Mac Miller and legendary rapper Pusha T will be headlining this Sunday. Miller just released his fourth album The Divine Feminine last week. 2016 has been a quiet year for Pusha T on the music front, as he’s been busy running Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music record label (something A-Trak can relate to.)

Upcoming Atlanta rapper Madeintyo will also be gracing the stage for what should be a fiery set if it includes his quirky hit “Uber Everywhere” and his new jam “I Want” ft. 2 Chainz. Illinois alternative hip hop duo the Cool Kids will also be performing, after they just released a new track “Running Man” ft. Maxo Kream following a two-year hiatus. London producer Oshi will be bringing some more chilled out melodic sounds, and of course, Fool’s Gold stalwarts like Madeaux, Kittens, and Nick Catchdubs will be behind the decks as well.

The Los Angeles edition of Fool’s Gold Day Off is an all-ages event. Get your tickets here and see you at the Shrine this Sunday.
