A couple weeks ago, a forthcoming Daft Punk release was teased by The Vinyl Factory, and now the time is finally upon us to bathe our ears in all things punk and daft. Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari just hit the milestone of one million copies for their artist magazine TOILETPAPER, and to celebrate, they’re re-releasing Daft Punk’s 1995 anthem, “Da Funk,” on a limited edition gold vinyl.
The acclaimed single from Homework will be featured alongside “Teachers” on the 12″ record, and the limited edition press is capped at 1,000 copies. But at £50 per vinyl, they’re not cheap. However, if you fancy yourself the ultimate Daft Punk fanatic, that gold sheen’ll look mighty fine in your collection.
Hurry and head over to The Vinyl Factory or TOILETPAPER Magazine to swoop up your own before they’re gone.
