It might be a stretch to say that people have been waiting for Illenium’s “Say It” remix like they were waiting for Skrillex’s “Red Lips” remix… but then again, it might not. The response in the first hour of the track going live on Soundcloud has already been staggering and shows more than anything the popularity and appeal of the young Colorado artist.
With already-perfect vocals courtesy of Tove Lo, and a brilliant jumping off point courtesy of none other than Flume, there’s no way that this remix could have been anything other than incredible. Soft and powerful synths in the drop create a wide sonic spectrum for listeners to enjoy, showing off Illenium’s talent without question.
