Late last night, the founder of YouTube channel Trap Nation shared the exciting news that he has broken into the top 100 most-subscribed YouTube channels. While Avicii, Skrillex, David Guetta, Calvin Harris and Spinnin Records have already been able to make that claim, Trap Nation is the first so-called “promotional” channel to enter the top 100 with a current total of 8,508,069 subscribers at time of writing.
According to VidStats, Trap Nation averages 24,000 new subscribers per 24 hour period and has 2.31 billion views over 839 videos.
The KNY Factory remix of “Blue” by Eiffel 65 is currently the channel’s most viewed video with 116 million views.
