As soon as I heard Madeon & Porter Robinson’s “Shelter,” it became one of those that-which-shall-not-be-remixed tracks… you know the ones. Still, after hearing Luca Lush’s remix, I’m going to have to revisit that notion because damn, this is good.
The track is an absolute journey from start to finish, blending an initial whimsical and chime-laden trap drop with a dark, electro jaunt with a stellar and cosmic future bass – this song has a definite identity crisis, but I love every second of it.
