The Chainsmokers took over Colorado’s esteemed Red Rocks amphitheater on Thursday evening for a special showcase following their performance with Halsey at the VMA’s. Among their usual roster of classic Chainsmokers tracks and an assortment of their favorites from other sources, the duo debuted two brand new singles for the packed Red Rocks crowd.
The first, described as the two’s next single, featured live vocals from Drew and a slow, sensual melody below sultry guitar licks and an eventual future bass sway. Combined with their shiny new production set up and the venue’s immense space, the vibes appear to have been on point for such a powerful debut.
