Lately, Ashley Wallbridge has been making a name for himself alongside Gareth Emery as part of CVNT5. However, Wallbridge wasn’t always making music for himself.
Wallbridge used to be one of many uncredited ghost producers, toiling away for others to bask in the glory of his work. Now, after amassing 10 Beatport #1 records, the producer is vehemently working for himself, stating that “no amount of money can buy one of my records.” In the clip below, Wallbridge tells his story while his most recent productions play in the background, and I’ll be damned if they don’t sound like quality tunes…
