Cade Returns With Debut 3-Track EP ‘Care’

Cade Cade

After moving to Los Angeles and playing his debut performance at El Rey Theatre with Ramzoid this month, Florida-native producer Cade has quickly solidified himself as one of the brightest up-and-coming artists in the city. The success of his single “Care” has been outstanding, already collecting over a million streams across the web and quickly pushing Cade’s name into the spotlight. Now, he’s returned to release the entirety of the EP with the help of roommate/artist Trevor Dahl of Cheat Codes, and it’s a beauty.

Cade’s 3-track EP is a true testament to the 19-year-old producer’s talented and attractive artistic sound. Each song harnasses a powerful appeal, allowing the accessible allure of his music to captivate listeners effortlessly. The title track of the EP leads the way with its ghostly vocal cuts, slick chord rhythms, and lovelorn lyricism, as the second song “Escape” provides a bouncy, feel-good vibe using lively beats and a thumping house groove. The EP finishes out with “Make You Feel Loved,” a cinematic piece made up of synth-driven chords, tempered percussion, blues-y piano scales, and Cade’s longing vocals.
