Ansolo, the musical project of actor Ansel Elgort, is back with more earth shaking house rhythms for your speakers. It’s been nearly a year since his breakout record “Totem” with Tom Staar dropped, and we’re glad to see the multi-talented artist back with some fresh music.
“Ying Yang” sees a collaboration with another young producer Maxum, exploring the balance of sounds in electronic music. The pair opted for an extended breakdown that delves you into minimal soundscapes that will have you discovering a new random sample every time your press play. Slowly but surely, a ferocious drop is built up until all the way at the 3 minute mark we get the heavy explosion that was anticipated.
