Slushii’s Debut Performance Gets a Surprise Visit

Slushii has made quite the quick come-up in the industry. From having his “Killa” remix played out by Skrillex and countless others to being on stage with Marshmello at EDC NY, Slushii has been making huge waves. Now, the results are starting to show.

The next step in Slushii’s musical career came this past weekend at Hard Summer. The Los Angeles-based music festival held Slushii’s debut performance in front of a reported 15k-person crowd, and to top it off, Skrillex made a special guest appearance, causing the massive crowd to go crazy.

As you can see in the Instagram clip, Skrillex comes running on stage to Slushii’s surprise, just in time for a bootleg of the classic “Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites” to drop into Slushii’s own “Take My Hand.” At the end of the video, Skrillex yells, “Let’s give it up for the future right here.” Slushii has the support of some of the biggest players in the scene and it appears that his trajectory is on a solid upwards slope.
