Technimatic – Better Perspective [Shogun Audio]

2016 is just a little more than half way over, yet I still find myself constantly in metaphorical shock with so many new releases that come my way. That being said, are there any albums that can compare to the warm, liquid sounds of the mighty collaboration of Technimatic? We at Your EDM will let you be the judge of that.

Showcasing 17 tracks of pure bliss, who can argue that an album of this magnitude won’t be the perfect poolside jam choice for every gathering from now until winter? I don’t know about you all, but I’m quite certain that the decision to combine these two mighty entities (Technicolour & Komatic) may have been one of the best partnerships drum and bass has ever seen.

That being said, let’s get into it.

The above-listed is hands down my favorite tune from the album. It’s got the rhythmic melodies that define the artists themselves, but feature an unexpected demonstration of impeccable sound design. Catching listeners by surprise, what else could you truly ask for in a tune?

In a close second, my secondary favorite lands directly in this ballot box. Ever since “Looking For Diversion,” I’ve been an absolute mess every time I listen to Lucy Kitchen‘s angelic vocals.

Overall, I think this album is a fantastic example of what an album truly should contain. Variation, expertise and exponential artistry all tidied into a perfect package.

If you haven’t already, make sure to preorder this beautiful compilation of music. You can do so here.
