Imagine Music Festival Announces Overlying Theme For Third Annual Rendition

Last year, Imagine Music Festival proved that it was ready to take over the EDM festival scene in Atlanta with its overwhelming display of uniquely talented artists. We predicted its illustrious destiny to claim the reins from TomorrowWorld even before the infamous cancellation fiasco, in fact, as IRIS Presents provided an unbelievable experience that we will never forget. Now they seem primed to take it up a notch.

If this is your first time hearing of Imagine, the first thing you need to know is that it has this really aesthetic feel to it. The overlying theme has always been quite mystical, almost acting as a tribute to the spiritually inclined. This year seems to be no different, as the festival went into great detail of the designated “motif” in their most recent press release:

“Inspired by the lost city of Atlantis, Imagine invites guests to experience all the wonders of this technologically and spiritually advanced civilization, which was highlighted by mystics, scientists, artists, sages, healers, seekers and wisdom keepers with sacred and hidden knowledge of the universe. Amongst the many wonders of The Imaginarium will be the Center of Consciousness, which focuses on sacred teachings such as Flow Arts, Yoga, Meditation, Qi Gong, and prophecies with wisdom keepers and mystics. The Center of Consciousness will function both as a site for learning and sacred ceremonies such as drum circles and central fires.”

If this doesn’t excite the free-spirited hippie inside of you, I don’t know what will. I can convey the extraordinary wonder Imagine exudes from personal experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend making the trip out to the Atlanta Motor Speedway for this year’s rendition in August. Now with their undisputed claim to Atlanta’s EDM throne, I’m fixed in immense anticipation for the serious firepower that they’ll surely bring.
