With a lead intro melody that somehow reminds me of the original Jaws theme song, most likely based on anticipation and excitement of what’s forthcoming in the track, LA-based SWAGE & Revolvr team up for the future breaks gem “Turn It Up”!
The track builds up for a solid 30 seconds, commanded by the lead synths that act as a precursor of energy before the track plateaus, then immediately the name of the track “Turn It Up” acts as a repetitive but catchy vocal sample that will be ingrained in your head for the entirety of track. All of a sudden it hits you, the perfect combination of future breaks & sub-bass all at once. As Revolvr’s Facebook bio aptly puts it “Just F*cking Dance” – no better way to describe the emotion present throughout the entirety of my time jamming out to this.
