Just picture the scene. A world-class resort, world-class DJs, partying on the beach with your best friends, basically a tropical getaway in the dead of winter…if only such a majestic scenario existed. Well, it actually does because MAD DECENT BLOCK PARTY is going international for next year with Diplo set to take the party down to Mexico!
The Mad Decent Beach Party will take place February 16 to 19th 2017 at the Barceló Maya Beach Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The all-inclusive package features free shuttle service from Cancun International Airport in addition to hotel lodging at the resort and catering (with alcohol of course) to ensure that your mind stays on the beach party and nothing else.
The Maya Beach Resort is a resort after all, so when your favourite artists aren’t playing you can keep yourself entertained with the wide variety of activities such as tennis courts, the casino, a bowling alley, mini-golf, swimming and more. 
While the lineup won’t be announced for another week, Diplo will obviously be in attendance as one of the headliners over the four-days. And judging by the usual MAD DECENT BLOCK PARTY gang, you can expect to see names along the lines of Skrillex, Dillon Francis, DJ Snake, and more. The lineup speculation is endless!
Tickets will be available on the official site starting August 2nd, potential attendees can secure their place with a $500 deposit the day of and another 3 equal $500 payments on September, October, and November 16th (respectively). Head on over to the site here to look around for more information.
