Producers LUUDE and Fabian Mazur have teamed up for their latest original piece, a downtempo future bass swayer called “Right Now.” Released through the highly acclaimed label Elysian Records, the song comes as an emotional and laid back alternative to the collective’s usual output of high velocity heaters.
It begins with distant marimba hits and a melancholy vocal centerpiece, before the entire track swells upwards towards the break. Resounding brass stings and high-pitched voices echo around the space while a minimal percussion arrangement carries the vibe forward, until the lead vocals edge back into the spotlight. The track climbs once more, this time flowing into an array of layered future bass synths and the pulsating hits from the previous drop.
