Steve Aoki Releases New Single & Announces New EP [Video]

Grammy-nominated producer and founder of record label/apparel line Dim Mak, Steve Aoki has gone full music release mode this summer. In the summer of 2012 Steve Aoki released 3OKI which included 3 singles before the release of his sophomore album, Neon Future. Steve mentioned that summer sixteen was the time to bring the series back, say hello to new ep, 4OKI. 4 singles are to come out every Friday this July. All with 4 music videos that are part of the same story. Starting the EP off today is the first track & video “ILYSM” with label-mate, Autoerotique. 

The tracks drop-tuned vocals sample 90’s R&B staple “I Wanna Be Down” by Brandy paired with a future house bassline makes the track completely irresistible to dance to.
