New Petition Urges Marshmello To Play B2B With Dotcom

This week seems to be another peak in petition creation in the United States. From the Deadmau5 and Krewella-backed petition aimed at reforming the DMCA to the petition to blacklist Hippie Sabotage from future festivals and venues, fans of supporting online music causes truly have their work cut out for them.

Today, we’ve caught word of an even more niche petition. Change.org user Scott Nyzio created a document that seeks to get Marshmello and Dotcom to play a back-to-back set together. Most petitions on Change.org are accompanied by a lengthy description of why the petition was created or what injustice the person is trying to correct. In this case, Nyzio simply stated, “This would be an amazing set to see, let’s demand a b2b.”

We can’t really disagree with him.

So far, the petition has garnered half of its goal of 500 signatures. Though as we all know, these online petitions are mostly just for show and hold no weight in the real world.
