Last night between 12 and 1:30 in the morning at the circuitGROUNDS stage of EDC Las Vegas, progressive house wizard Eric Prydz threw down a truly monumental set and saved the best for last.
Eric Prydz played a brilliant new ID which fans have dubbed “Nopus” – a play on one of Prydz’ greatest tracks, “Opus.” In any case, the tune is 100% classic Prydz starting off beautifully with some classic progressive house chords before progressing into almost an uplifting trance tune. Between eight minutes of this new ID, breathtaking visuals, and a firework show, I’m honestly not sure that his fans could have expected anything more from the Swedish DJ who capped his set off in the best way possible.
