Up and coming producer Aire Atlantica is making a name for himself with his one song a month trilogy model that carried through April / May and now culminating in June with “June.” He first popped up on my radar through April and since then his sound’s matured as the months have gone on.
One of the things that really stood out to me about his music has definitely been his use of samples, a technique much more frequently utilized in hip-hop beats. Makes sense though with all three of the “month trilogy” tracks heavily influenced by hip-hop for him to come full circle with another three minutes of sweet melodies and unique instrumentation.
