It may be time to get to know Polina if you haven’t already. Perhaps best known for her recent collaboration with Felix Jaehn on ‘Book Of Love’, which has seen incredible success, the Russian hailing singer/songwriter clearly has an awesome career in front of her.
This week’s release is ‘Little Babylon’, a majestic, slightly melancholic tune that instantly pulls the listener in and doesn’t let go. Polina’s vocals are almost hypnotic here, and they are led by an undercurrent of guitar and saxophone, neatly wrapped around a quietly pulsing beat.
