It’s hard to be “Wrong” when you’ve got everything right… the vocals on this piece are incredible, calling back the crooning singers of ’20s-era speakeasies. The accompanying piano and brass only help to reinforce that aesthetic, all the while classic drum breaks keep the tempo and liveliness up. This is the peak of liquid drum & bass arrangement.
