Following the March release of his highly esteemed album Neon Future II, Steve Aoki is already well under way with the series’ next installment. During the last couple months, we’ve received news of Aoki’s studio sessions with My Chemical Romance’s Gerard Way, Blink-182’s Travis Barker, Headhunterz, Echosmith and possibly even Tinie Tempah.
As his loyal base of listeners continues to perch on the edges of their respective seats, they’ll be glad to hear about Aoki’s new collaboration with Walk the Moon released just today. “Back 2 U” is a soaring progressive-tropical house track that features catchy vocals and an instantly memorable hook reminiscent of some of Avicii’s former songs.
