Ulterior Motive are definitely known for their intense D&B anthems, but this time around, they’ve chosen bring the tempo down to 140 for a unique take on dubstep that will leave you wanting so much more. This latest venture sees them remixing “Out To Find Love” from MAIZE.
Rather than employ a distinct kick/snare pattern so typical in dubstep, the percussion is a lot more minimalist and reserved, opting to let the synths and vocals take center stage. As such, this dubstep tune is one of the more unique in the genre. More than that, there’s an excellent vibe and groove embedded in the track that’s really hard to find anywhere else except in acts like SIGMA, DJ Fresh and the like.
