We are now a few weeks after the release of Calvin Harris’s and Rihanna’s collaboration, “This Is What You Came For,” and the teasers for their music video have started to roll in. Considering the success of his last music video for “How Deep Is Your Love,” which has well over half a billion plays, we can expect this to be equally huge.
Uploaded to Calvin’s Twitter, the short clip features Rihanna jamming out to the new track. Little information is given away about the styling or theme of the new music video, but judging by the tone of the teaser, we can surely expect to see it in the coming weeks.
“This Is What You Came For” utilizes soft pads and arpeggios on top of Rihanna’s crystal clear vocals in a poppy anthem construction that seems like it might have come with an instruction manual.
