Florida is home to successful festivals such as Ultra Music Festival, III Points, EDC Orlando, and Sunset Music Festival, and there’s one venue in particular that hosts a number of excellent events year-round. Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida attracts the very best of jam, folk, and jamtronica acts with numerous festivals, and a rising festival in its arsenal is the perfectly timed Suwannee Hulaween music festival. Taking place on October 28-30 this year and organized in part by The String Cheese Incident, , Hulaween has hosted the likes of Pretty Lights, ODESZA, Chance The Rapper, and more, and this year’s upcoming event now features a fantastic lineup.
The 2016 edition of Suwannee Hulaween holds no prisoners with its fine cast of artists. Headliners include three nights of SCI, massive band My Morning Jacket, a DJ set from Disclosure, hip-hop rising star Logic, jam favorites Umphrey’s McGee and STS9, Big Gigantic featuring The Motet, reggae band Rebelution, and Les Claypool and Sean Lennon‘s, John Lennon‘s son, new band The Claypool Lennon Delirium. Rounding out the undercard are EDM favorites Boys Noize, Gramatik, Bob Moses, Slow Magic, and RÜFÜS DU SOL, up-and-coming hip-hop/R&B artist Anderson .Paak, jam/funk crossovers like Lettuce and Snarky Puppy, and more.
With festival grounds that will be decorated perfectly for the Halloween atmosphere and an extensive camping grounds, Hulaween is not to miss.
