Yellow Claw’s debut album Blood For Mercy is such a strong collection of songs that it only just barely missed out being included in our top 10 albums of 2015, but I’m still bumping it months later. One of the more ostensibly poppy songs on the album, “In My Room” featuring Ty Dolla $ign, DJ Mustard and Tyga, recently got its own remix package.
Featuring remixes from San Holo, GTA, Midas Hutch and A.S.S., “In My Room” got a facelift, a makeover, plastic surgery and whatever other metaphor you can think of. Each remix puts its own unique spin on the original, and we’d be hard pressed to honestly choose a favorite.
