Following his recent string of performances at Miami’s Ultra Music festival last month, Deadmau5 seems to have developed an itch for live shows. Despite his stage appearances coming few and far between, however, his newest live set is something that fans will be able to revisit and take with them ad infinitum.
After taking to Twitter on Wednesday to announce his show, Deadmau5 activated his now highly active Twitch account to stream a nearly two-hour set from his completed home studio for all to enjoy. Using an iPad, Ableton Live and a pair of CDJs, Deadmau5 churns out an expertly mixed combination of techno-influenced thumpers that continues to evolve and overlap for the duration of the session.
