Two of my favorite people in the world, Sullivan King and Twiitch, have come together for an epic and one-of-a-kind (though I earnestly hope not) track out now on Buygore.
Both producers are exceptionally good at what they do – and with Sullivan King adding a hefty live element to the song with his own vocals and guitar licks, there’s plenty to talk about with this punk-EDM chimera. With an intro guitar riff that could find a home within any myriad of popular rock styles, Sullivan King and Twiitch quickly descend into the meat of the track.
A raw mix down leaves the track feeling natural and not over-processed; obviously, the electric guitar gives it a more earthly feel than the mechanical sounds of synthesizers and drum kits. Most importantly perhaps is that the track plays best into the strengths of both artists: metal, dubstep, heavy bass music. And it shows.
