Kygo Receives New Dessert Named After His Debut Album

After becoming the fastest artist to net 1 billion streams on Spotify, we can’t help but wonder how much higher Kygo‘s career will go until the release of his debut album, Cloud Nine, on May 13, 2016. As it turns out, his career trajectory just got a whole lot sweeter.

Shortly after his main stage performance at Ultra Music Festival, Kygo partnered with Miami restaurant Komodo to unveil a brand-new dessert for the menu. Curated by Komodo owner David Grutman, who also owns the Miami clubs LIV and STORY, the Cloud Nine dessert shares its name with the tropical house artist’s debut LP. The triple chocolate cake combines chocolate, double-chocolate mousse, spice, a chocolate cigar, and even mango passion fruit sauce, and will remain on Komodo’s menu indefinitely after the rave reviews it has received from customers.
