Skrillex Comes Out For Performance Of “Sorry” At Justin Bieber’s LA Show

As a special treat for fans during Justin Bieber’s performance at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last night, the young pop star brought out production collaborator and recent friend Skrillex for a live rendition of “Sorry.” Even better, Skrillex actually joined Bieber on the mic for the performance!

Skrillex’s history in emo/screamo band From First To Last is well documented (though it somehow escaped Hollywood Life), so it’s not at all surprising that he killed his part. On the other hand, the track has been performed by Bieber with Skrillex more than once before, though Skrillex has always remained solely behind the decks – so this is actually a pretty cool moment for both artists.

Since both artists live in Los Angeles, it was likely just a matter of it being convenient for them both to perform together – I wouldn’t expect a live collaboration like this to appear anywhere else on the Purpose Tour.
