Adam took my breath away last year with his debut EP last May, and he’s back again with Purpose, on Fox Stevenson’s cloudhead records. We have the pleasure of premiering “New Equation” from the new record. I think it’s pretty safe to say that no one is making electronic music like this right now.
Between the crystal clear vocals and the glitchy, poppy synths, the meld of styles and influences goes beyond just any single genre. The off-kilter rhythms create a unique sonic space that Adam Tell’s vocals neatly fill, creating a dense and fulfilling sound – there’s never a time when every range of sound isn’t coming out of your speakers in perfect harmony.
