Every year, as the calendar turns from February to March, all eyes in the dance music industry are on Miami for the Winter Music Conference and Miami Music Week. The week-long event not only segues into Ultra Music Festival, serving as the perfect precursor to the festival, but it is also one of the most attended events by managers, artists, record labels, agents, and more. Year in and year out, nearly every artist and their team makes the trek down to Miami, ready to share new music they’ve been working on in the studio, and build relationships for the next slate of collaborations to release. As a non-industry member, one of the best parts of Miami Music Week is the countless number of events that are going on. Whether its a HARD takeover, or a Disclosure Wild Life party, there is no shortage of places to go and people to see.
This year, the Swiss dance luminary, EDX, will, once again, return to Miami, and he has a lot in store for 2016. With 9 shows starting on Tuesday, March 15th and ending on Sunday, March 20th, EDX will be taking over South Beach to share his brand of feel-good house music. Some notable events that EDX will be playing at include the return of his NoXcuses party brand, which will host the Italian native alongside Bakermat, Croatia Squad, Sander Kleinenberg, and The Magician. This is one event that you don’t want to miss, so get your tickets here, and you can check out EDX’s full schedule of events below.
