On the heels of the Tomorrowworld cancellation, the Atlanta EDM scene took another massive blow this weekend. CounterPoint Music Festival recently announced – seemingly out of nowhere I might add – that they are canceling all plans for 2016. Last year’s lineup garnered immense praise, as it featured massive headliners such as Jauz, RL Grime, and Zeds Dead, so it’s pretty surprising that they would shutdown operations only two months before their doors were supposed to open.
