Every day, we receive more indications as to why tropical house pioneer Kygo is currently such a decorated and esteemed contributor to the dance music movement. Whether it’s a spot on the Ellen Degeneres show or an EMA nomination, the Norwegian producer seems to have no boundaries in spreading his sound and influence around the world. His latest move is also one of his most interesting, as he recently premiered a brand new single alongside live band Labrinth on Norwegian television.
“Fragile,” unlike many of his more energetic and dance-oriented tracks, comes as a slow and powerful anthem, full of soaring vocals and warm instrumentation. In the clip below, you’ll even see Kygo playing the piano along with the band. At one point, all we hear is the vocalist and the rest of the bandmates clapping along in time. The performance is a truly powerful one, and well worth the watch.
According to a Facebook post, Kygo says the track will be coming soon. Watch below, and keep your eyes peeled for upcoming release information.
