In case you haven’t heard, esteemed label Mau5trap is currently curating an 11-stop bus tour that’s set to invade several regions of the United States, including a showcase in Miami after Deadmau5’s triumphant return to the ASOT stage at Ultra. Featuring the likes of Deadmau5, ATTLAS, Steve Duda, and Matt Lange, a ticket to this groove-inducing exhibition is sure to be a hot commodity.
Things have taken a turn for the worse, however, as Mau5trap headquarters has just announced a sudden show cancellation due to an “illness contracted by the Mau5trap artists while touring together.”
“It comes with great disappointment that due to illness contracted by the mau5trap artists while touring together, we are forced to cancel Friday’s Mau5hax tour date in Orlando. At the present time, there are no plans for a rescheduled show.
We will automatically be issuing refunds through Eventbrite and Ticket King starting March 10th. For all other ticketing outlets, please return to your point of purchase for a refund. Once again we are very sorry to all the fans for the unforeseen circumstances. We at HTG Events and Gilt hope and wish a swift recovery to the artists who have fallen ill.”
Along with the previous cancellation of their performances in Atlanta and Tampa, as well, this unfortunate news is sure to disappoint Mau5heads across the Southeast. Most importantly, we hope that this illness doesn’t bode any serious threat, and wish them a swift return to good health.
