Barely Alive made a lot of waves when they dropped their debut album last year, We Are Barely Alive. Against my own predictions, but apparently obvious to many others, the tracks made themselves ubiquitously present in just about every bass DJ’s arsenal from the time it dropped to even now. It’s tough to hear a set from Zomboy, Excision or otherwise without hearing at least one Barely Alive track.
And now, Barely Alive is set to seriously make a lot of people happy with the tracklist to the official remix album for We Are Barely Alive. Featuring Funtcase, UZ, Far Too Loud, Emperor and more, this is essentially a bass music fan’s wet dream in audible form.
